    I put the items I would like to purchase, on hold for at least 24 hours. If that’s not possible, I leave the store, take a break from the item. I usually forget about the item. It’s just the adrenaline high of burning the item, that creates the urge to buy buy buy. I also think shopping for clothing opens up the creative mind and causes over spending. I took up art as a hobby and the shopping for clothing subsided.
