How Broke Are You? Quiz

help me i'm poor

Being broke sucks so let’s have some fun with it, how ’bout?

I’ve done just about everything on this quiz at sometime or another (sometimes because I HAD to and now mostly because I WANT to– it makes big difference when that shift happens!;) And I cracked up when I saw the “Do You Cut Your Own Hair?” question because of yesterday’s post. So, How Broke Are You? Take the Quiz then let me know what results you get.

I got “You’re not broke at all. You’re fiscally responsible and can probably afford several healthy meals a day. You probably file your taxes on time and have don’t even know what a negative bank balance looks like. Good job, adult.” Thank goodness because I feel pretty damn broke after a fiscally irresponsible weekend.

Just frugal, not broke :) Perhaps one has to do with the other??

I got “You’re pretttttyyyy damn broke. Like, your bank balance isn’t quite in the negatives yet but it’s one night out away. Bills are your worst enemy and clearance sales are your best friend. This isn’t a bad thing – it just means you’re thrifty and nifty and you know your limits. Enjoy that Ramen dinner!” This is extremely accurate!

My answer was maybe skewed because I don’t eat at restaurants. Ever. I can’t stand my Mint pie chart showing me what a big fat slice $80 at restaurants in one month looks like in my total spending.

Haha yeah – half of them make you financially SMART not broke! So not sure which is better to have – more checked, or none ;) But for what it’s worth I got 5 out of 50.

I checked off 9/50 on this which was “the opposite of broke” Haha. I guess that means I’ve just been successfully living within my means and that the totally Spending Diet works?

    Now…
You checked off 10 out of 50 on this list!
You’re the opposite of broke. What are you even doing taking this quiz? Shouldn’t you be rolling around in your bathtubs or driving around in your expensive car or shopping for palaces or something?

Thank you for the inspiration and guidance!!!

I’m kind of impressed that most of your readers are ok. I checked 45 of 50 and was told to get my shit together. Ehh, par for the course for a starving artist. Money just isn’t something I care about at all.
