Back At It

face in segments

It’s nice to see you again! I’ve missed you!

SOOOooooooo…….

The 2nd Month of the Spending Diet is complete!

February savings totals are in. While I (again) couldn’t stick to my $100 “non-needs” spending limit, I don’t feel like February was a bust like I felt January was. I do feel guilty that I couldn’t stick to my limit and it only reaffirms that the Spending Diet is a lot harder than the Spending Fast.

Still can’t believe that…

Despite the difficulties I saved: $1,105.47!

Not too shabby. Not too shabby at all.

(see the total savings here)

For March I’m determined to stick to my $100 limit and maybe *fingers crossed* pay off my final college loan next month!

OH!

It COULD actually happen! I’m pumped to think it just might!

P.S. Ready to get out of debt ASAP? Check out the Spending Fast Bootcamp!

Wow! That's so impressive, congratulations on your savings achievements. I have been spending for about 6 months now, since I got a raise at my current job, and I am now opening a savings account with Aurora Bank, and seeing your money grow is so worth the diet ;) really like your points for being on a diet. Hope you can pay off your student loans, that's soooo exciting!

Of all the debt I paid off, the last college loan was so anti-climatic. It didn't hit me until a year later when I realized I don't have debt. At all. And how different my life is because of it.
