    Excellent post. Additionally, I find it helpful to view the symptoms of anxiety as just uncomfortable sensations without meaning. I acknowledge them, but let them just be without taking them literally. This allows me to proceed with whatever is at hand and often lessens the symptoms as a beneficial side effect.
